Michele Perlmutter

Michele has provided program administration, board, and grants management support in family foundations for over 15 years. Michele was previously at the Mimi and Peter Haas Fund, where she managed the Program Materials & Equipment Initiative, a grant program designed to support non-profit early care and education centers serving low-income children in San Francisco. Michele is a Spanish interpreter and has provided complex medical interpretation for mono-lingual Spanish speaking patients in leading healthcare institutions. She is passionate about working to reduce health disparities in underserved communities, and advancing the health, social and emotional well-being of children and families. Michele is a native Spanish speaker. She is a Certified Healthcare Interpreter (CHI™), and a member of the California Healthcare Interpreting Association.
